If one can forget the Sooners loss to BYU this weekend (or that we lost our QB, our TE is out for the year and we are playing a redshirt Freshman now at QB), we had a fun weekend.
I picked up Bro n Sis-n-law from train on Friday, we had a quick lunch… showed off the Wonders that is Central Market and came home to wait for Darling Hubby to get off work (Poor Adam had to work… hehehehehe). We then went to Medieval times…
After being seated in the Black & White knights section, Tab actually ate with her fingers while we cheered for our knight… til he got cut down. Tab had the great idea that maybe he was fairy and if we claped our hand and said that we belived in knight/fairies he’d come back to life…. AND HE DID! …. so we kept rooting for our knigiht til ending scene… where he was cut down again… and again… and again. By this point, we realized he could not be just a Fairy Knight… he was a Zombie Fairy Knight. What a power to have! So we keep rooting for our Zombie Faire Knight while he helped the Prince rout the invaders… What fun.
Saturday we got up, saw the Holy Grail that is know as Frys… then went to the tattoo parlor where we finally got mom her birthday tattoo. Adam says its too tiny to be a real tattoo, as such mom is now only kind-of a wimp…but it still looks nice.
Let’s just not talk about Saturday night… it was a nice stadium… BYU played nice… that rest is a painful memory…
Sunday we had a turkey Aaron had smoked and then the Parental Units left… Then we took Tab to IKEA on the way to a train drop off… She had fun, but not enough time I think.
We had fun but was tired by the end of it all…. It was a good time (mostly).

Was that a flying monkey?

I knew there had to be a more appropiate reason for it tasting so good… Made great sandwhiches for a couple of days as well.
