Well, Saturday we got in the changing table we ordered off Amazon… and after 3 hours of trying to put this “wonderful” piece of furniture together, we decided Amazon can have it back! *ugh*
The problem with it came with a metal piece that you were suppose to push into side of wood to hold the metal screw in place. Either the hole to place the metal piece in was too big or the metal screw-holder was too small. It would not hold the piece together… instead of screwing the wood together, the metal screw-holder would come back out of the wood… not good…. and fustrating to say the least….
So in my awe-inspiring wisdom, I suggested we send back to Amazon and go out and find one locally. Well, we managed to find one we liked at Burlington Coat Factory… BUT… they were out of stock of changing table…they called a couple of surronding stores, but they couldn’t find it either.
We finally managed to talk the store manager into selling us the already put together floor model at a discount…note already put together 
So overall, we paid much less for our replacement and managed to find more turtle decor at Burlington to make the trip an awesome sccccooooooorrrrrrre!
Amazon’s taking the first table back on their dime; with full refund.
Sunday, we managed to find the holy grail of turtle search: enough Wall border in our Retired bedding theme to do the whole baby room… Major Happy Dance….
Austin & Carol spent Sunday night with us, along with Little Rick. Of course it would be more apt to say Little Rick spent the night with us and Austin & Carol came along for the ride. JK, you guys!
We also managed to clear out the baby closet so the baby room is starting to really come together….
Overall, it was a busy and productive weekend… just seemed like it was too short.
