Well, the Wednesday before labor day we hit the First-time mommies presale at JBF @ McKinney. Since this was a smaller JBF sale, we did not think we would pick up anything…. we were wrong, majorly.
We ended up with Peg Perego Aria Stroller, a couple bottle warmers, a baby Enstien Ocean playmat (TURTLES!!), a couple of outfits, a few turtle toys and a penguin for PawPaw.
This weekend found us kind of chillin’. We did get a new Saftey gate that swings open on a latch and installed it on the stairs. Adam did a great job with the installation! It works great. I actually cooked quite a bit this weekend and we froze it for dinner this week. Yeah me! :-) Course it seemed to take a lot of time to do it since I needed to take breaks quite a bit.
We watched some football and some more football… it’s that time of year again. Adam also worked on lesson plans. He hopes to have them done through Maternity Leave soon. He’s just doing a great job all around!
Overall, it was a lazy weekend I guess, but we enjoyed it while we can.
