After doing another name search, we decided we liked the name we had chosen for a boy months before we found out he was boy.

Barring any major mind changes (which we reserve the right to), Paxton Charles Wallace is expected to make his debut 12/19/2010. World get ready…..

Final Results from NT Scan are in.

Yeah! Paxton was a good boy and got great marks on his NT testing.

His risk for Downs and Trisomy chromosome defects are 1 in 10,000. His risk for Spina bifida is 1 in 2,500. All numbers are excellent and normal.

First off, whatever has wanted to know….

It’s a boy…. no mistaking this little tyke.

We had the anatomical ultrasound done yesterday, July 27. All bone measurements, heart chambers, and circulation came back in the normal range. Weight messured at 11 ounces, putting him currently in the 70th percentile and measuring a good 3-5 days ahead of the predicted EDD 12/19/2010. We are currently waiting to get back results on the second part of the NT scan (blood work) that was done at the same time.

This also means that I won the bet against my hubby… he will now have to pay the consequences…. hehehehehhe.

This is going to be fun.

On another note, this last weekend we worked on our registry, saw the movie Salt and ate a Genghis Grill, which I managed to keep down for the first time since preggers.

What a week.

Well, it’s taken most of this week to recover from Vegas… I think it was late Wednesday before I started feeling like I might be slightly human…. but only slightly.

Baby’s been moving more this week which has made a little more real and rather shaken me up.. I know I am a Spaceballs nerd when I keep hoping it’s not an alien about to break out through my belly and do a little tap while singing “Hello My Baby” (Hello my baby, hello my darling, hello my ragtime gaallll..Send me a kiss by wire… Baby, my heart’s on fire… If you refuse me honey, you lose me… And you’ll be left alone, oh baby… Telephone, and tell me, tell me….Tell me I’m your very own) Check Please! I sooo need to subject Adam to that movie again. Poor hubby has put up with my mood swings which have gotten worse in second trimester instead of better. I thought this was suppose to be the easier time. I don’t know how he puts up with me…. I guess it’s my stunning personailty (NOT!). I am just greatful and humbled to have him in my life. LUV U DARLING.

We went out last night for Mexican, it was good, went to walmart bought a MajicJack (seems to work well) and a baby matress. Plans this weekend including trying to get our changing table/dresser situated.

God is great.

Back from Vegas; Feeling Baby Move.

What a week!

Only got sick once during my Vegas trip, seems like i was eating all the time.

During car ride to Vegas little one was moving round more and could actually pin point times where I could say “Yep, that’s actually baby movement”…

On Tuesday, we saw “Viva Elvis!” by Cirque du Soleil. When “Burning Love” came on with its really heavy bass, little person moved like nobody’s business… I say Baby was spooked, Adam & GG say baby was grooving to the music.

Also found the Wizard of Oz slot machines to give little one some fits (I turned down volume and it was fine)…

Had lots of fun with my parents, hubby and little bean.

Now I just need to regain some of my sleep…..
